Depression and Low Self Esteem

Depression and Low Self esteem affects 2 out of 3 people at some point in their life. It can be very debilitating, affecting every part of your being.Depression can strike at any time, although more commonly associated with women in their post-natal periods. It can occur when people are forced to experience major lifestyle changes over which they have no control. If you are feeling low or you’ve lost your zest for life and you can’t seem to lift yourself out of what is sometimes described as a ‘dark cloud’, then you may be suffering from depression. This can also have an effect on your self-esteem too.It is always best to seek the advice of your GP, however, to get this properly diagnosed first.
